Why not just use Squarespace or WordPress?
For some businesses you should, and we will say so on the call. A subscription template is fine for five pages of text. Hand-coding earns its price when the site has to be fast, do something specific, or stop costing money every month.
What does €0 a month actually exclude?
Three things, every time. Your own domain, roughly €10–15 a year and registered to you. Transactional email past the free tiers. Unbranded multi-user booking. All three are named and priced in the written scope before anything is built.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, without touching code. We walk you through it at handover. If you would rather we made the edits, that is hosting & care.
How long does it take?
Weeks for a single page. Booking or a shop takes longer, and the date goes in the written scope. The slow part is the content, not the code.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take it with you. The domain and Cloudflare account are already in your name, and the site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript any developer can read.
