Information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes what we do. None of it is a binding offer, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own. Prices shown are starting points for the kind of work described — the actual price for your project comes from a written quote, and only that quote binds either of us.
Sending an enquiry does not hire us
Using the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve time, or oblige us to take the work on. Work begins when both sides have agreed the scope and the price in writing.
Case studies
Project pages describe KUUP work from the project's own record and the owner's current confirmation. Figures describe their stated context and are not a promise that your project will do the same.

The text, design, code and images here belong to KUUP studio unless credited otherwise. Read them, quote them with attribution, link to them freely. Do not republish substantial parts as your own, and do not copy the design wholesale.
Please also do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its form endpoint, or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing. The form is rate limited and spam checked; abusive submissions are discarded.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors. Pages can be changed or removed without notice. Links to other sites are offered as a convenience — what is on them is not ours and not our responsibility.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are untouched.

We may update this page. The version in force is whichever is published here when you use the site, and the date below tells you when it last moved.
